सूखाग्रस्त किसानो को सीधी सहायता मिले : संजय पाण्डेय

झाँसी । बुंदेलखंड एकीकृत पार्टी के संयोजक संजय पाण्डेय ने यहाँ एक कार्यक्रम में कहा कि आज बुन्देलखण्ड के किसानो को सीधी और त्वरित सहायता की जरूरत है। सूखा राहत के नाम पर विभिन्न योजनाओ में जमकर बन्दर बाँट होता है , इसलिए पात्र किसानों को समय से और उचित मात्रा में राहत राशिः नही पहुँच पाती है। केन्द्र सरकार से मांग करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकारों को पैकेज न देकर जिलाधिकारियों के माध्यम से किसानों को सीधी सहायता मुहैया करायी जाए। ये पहले ही सिद्ध हो चुका है कि उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने ऐसी राहत राशियों का जमकर दुरूपयोग किया है।लिहाजा अब पुनरावृत्ति से बचा जाना चाहिए। दूसरी ओर पाण्डेय ने यह भी कहा कि सूखा राहत मिलने के नियम कानून इतने जटिल होते है कि आम आदमी उन्हें समझ नही पाता है , इसलिए ऐसे में वह जान ही नही पाता है कि उसे कितनी राशि मिलनी चाहिए , फलस्वरूप उसे जो भी मिलता है वह उतने से ही संतुष्टि कर लेता है। अतः राहत देने का फार्मूला आसान हो ।
कहा कि बुन्देलखंड में सूखा पीड़ित किसानो द्वारा आत्म हत्याओं का सिलसिला शुरू हो चुका है इसलिए और मौतों का इंतजार न करते हुए सरकार को जल्द ही सहायता की सोचनी चाहिए। श्री पाण्डेय ने कहा कि वैसे तो इस वर्ष पूरे भारत में ही सूखे जैसी स्थिति बनी हुई है किंतु बुन्देलखंड कि स्तिथि इसलिए हटकर है क्योंकि यहाँ सूखा का पहला साल नही बल्कि पिछले पॉँच वर्षों से यही हालत है। इसलिए सरकार को बुन्देलखंड के किसानो के बारे में प्राथमिकता से सोचना होगा। राहत प्रदान करते समय भी बुन्देलखंड के किसानो को देश के अन्य हिस्सों के किसानो से तुलना न करते हुए विशेष अधिभार दिया जाए।
बताया कि बुन्देलखंड एकीकृत पार्टी यहाँ के किसानों की समस्याओं को लेकर विशाल आन्दोलन शुरू करने जा रही है.

Bundelkhand Akikrit Party demands central government to help Bundelkhand farmers directly through the district administrations but not in the way of releasing drought package to state governments. According to party convener Sanjay Pandey , it is proved in past that such packages from central government were badly misused by UP government. So the mistake should not be repeated. It is also demanded by the party that the relief work in Bundelkhand must begin as soon as possible because so many farmers have already committed suicides till now. In this position government should not wait for more deaths. He says that in current year drought is a national problem but the situation of Bundelkhand is different from that of any other part of country because it has been suffering from drought since last six years. Hence apart from releasing political statements the govt. should implement . "It is very unfortunate that UP govt. and UPA govt. are crushing the people of Bundelkhand in their political competition" Pandey adds.

Bundelkhand state : The situation of "do or die"

Bundelkhand Akikrit Party is now going to open fire against state govts. as well as central government. Party blames both the govts. for not taking this issue seriously. According to party convener Sanjay Pandey, both the govts. are only in mood of doing politics on this important issue. "Neither of them wants to create Bundelkhand state",he adds. To reveal this truth, Bundelkhand Akikrit Party is going to public of Bundelkhand region. Very soon the party is coming on roads for this noble cause. Surendra Tiwari a senior leader of party says "now formation of bundelkhand state is an issue of "do or die" for us" .Raja Prajapati ,district president of the party from Chhatarpur district of Bundelkhand says "now we are losing our patience because both the government are doing nothing but politics on Bundelkhand issue".

बुंदेलखंड विकास प्राधिकरण बनना ही चाहिए : संजय पाण्डेय

बुंदेलखंड एकीकृत पार्टी के संयोजक संजय पाण्डेय ने बुंदेलखंड के समुचित विकास के लिए केंद्र द्वारा बुंदेलखंड विकास प्राधिकरण बनाये जाने के विचार का समर्थन करते हुए कहा कि बुंदेलखंड के विकास के लिए केंद्र से मिलने वाले पैसे का राज्य सरकारे खासा दुरूपयोग करती हैं. इसलिए बुंदेलखंड क्षेत्र का विकास तभी हो सकता है जब यहाँ पर विकास कार्य केंद्र की निगरानी में हो. उन्होंने कहा कि बुंदेलखंड के विकास के प्रति गंभीरता दिखने पर बुंदेलखंड एकीकृत पार्टी के सभी कार्यकर्ता बुंदेलखंड वासियों की तरफ से राहुल गाँधी तथा केंद्र सरकार का धन्यवाद देते है. संजय पाण्डेय के अनुसार बुंदेलखंड विकास प्राधिकरण बन जाना बुंदेलखंड राज्य निर्माण के लिए मील का पत्थर साबित होगा.
